Why MyBooks
Instead of an endless messenger group
Accounting usually lives in a chat: documents get lost in the thread, questions are asked twice and you have to chase the status. We work differently.
Accounting in a chat
- Documents and photos sink in the thread — a month later nobody can find them
- «What was this payment?» — the accountant asks again because the answer got lost
- You cannot tell what is done or when the VAT return is due
- You learn the cost of extra work from the invoice
Accounting in MyBooks
- Every document request is its own card with a deadline. Reply with a file or a phone photo
- A question about a transaction stays attached to that transaction
- Tasks, statuses and the deadline timeline are visible at any time
- You approve the price of extra work before it starts
Convenient
Documents, bank, questions and reports in one place, in English or Russian. On your computer and your phone.
Transparent
You see what the accountant is working on, which deadlines are coming and what we need from you.
Secure
Data is stored in the UAE, files are virus-scanned and every action is recorded in the audit log.

Frequently asked questions
- What is MyBooks?
- Accounting services for companies in the UAE with a client portal: bookkeeping, VAT and corporate tax, documents, bank and deadlines in one place.
- Who is it for?
- Companies on the mainland and in free zones, freelancers and small businesses in the UAE. We work in English and Russian.
- Do I have to chat with the accountant in a messenger?
- No. Questions, document requests and approvals happen in the client portal and stay in your company's history. WhatsApp is still there for anything urgent.
- When is the VAT return due?
- No later than the 28th day after the end of the tax period stated on your registration certificate. The portal shows it on the deadline ribbon.
- How do I start?
- Create a portal account, add your company and upload the documents from the checklist. Your accountant reviews them and takes over the bookkeeping.
